Our staff have been selected to provide the highest standards of care and education for your child. All Stepping Stones personnel are subject to Criminal Records Bureau clearance, and we have a firm commitment to on-going training. Our Trainees are working towards NVQ level 2 and level 3. We also offer placements for students from Highbury and South Downs Colleges. Our Nursery Nurses and Nursery Assistants are structured into groups, with specific competencies for children of that particular age. Each group has a Team Leader (Senior Nursery Nurse), who co-ordinates the activities of that group. Every child in the nursery is assigned a Key Worker who is the Primary Carer for that child when he or she is in the nursery. |
